    i have noticed increased Police activity in your area. I promise that I didn't advise them of your arrival. Be good and you should be OK. They are obviously on the lookout for you

    Day 3

    A fun day!

    We were able to get all our tech working - trust me, a small miracle.

    Hit the ever present Price Smart for some bulk staples. While we were in line, our neighbour sent me a WhatsApp message asking if we were interested in going to see "Casita Di Luz". We had no idea what that was but we're always game for an adventure.

    Wow. Now, we know Aruba looooooves Christmas but we had no idea this existed - it's a completely crazy light festival on a hill in San Nicolaas. I can't even describe it so here are a few pics (which truly don't do it justice):

    What?!? LOL

    We had dinner at a great, local place called "Casibari Cafe" that I'll write about in Culinary.

    Two more shots... these are two houses across the road from each other... "Honey! I'm going to spend a few minutes putting Xmas lights up! Be right back!"

    some of those houses in the san nic area really are well lit and so pretty.
