Hope you enjoyed your last day as much as the first 15! We also saw flamingos flying overhead this year! It was beautiful! And many starfish too!

We were there at the end of May for our 8th trip. We love to snorkel up by Malmok where the snorkel trips like to anchor. We were out by their floating buoy and there we hundreds of starfish all over out there. It was so cool! It looked as though they went on forever. They were there every day we snorkeled out there.

We will probably be there as well in April. Looked into purchasing a house about 10 years ago and, actually, we're really glad we didn't. I like Aruba for a stress-free vacation (great place to see friends we've met over the years and recharge our batteries) but I think I would be bored after about a month there without the activities (arts, entertainment, sports, etc.) we have here at home and the option to jump on a plane and be anywhere in the U.S. within a couple of hours. We have close friends who had purchased houses about 5 years ago or so and all have since sold their houses for various reasons. Sometimes it's best to sit back, watch, and listen before jumping the gun. Of course everyone's needs are different as far as how/where you want to live your life. You just need to figure out what would work best for you.

Interesting perspective Amy. Never thought of those things.
