love palm beach, my room at the occidental, 20 feet from the sand with a spectacular full ocean front view..
nothing beats sitting on balcony late night, the palms trees blowing in the wind, with the hyatt torches lit. priceless!!

my family thought we were over the top about aruba, that all changed, june has become annual family getaway.
june, had 45 family members, next year 75!!!!!

looking forward to october, just our friends we meet each year,,

Emailed 12 dinner reservations to the concierge Mayra at the Amsterdam Manor for our trip over Christmas. Received my confirmations back in a half an hour and on a Sunday no less. <--- THAT is what I call terrific service!

I've emailed a couple of questions to Mayra about AM..... and she is really quick to respond! Just another reason that this may be the 'new place' for us!

This resort was the main reason why we choosed Aruba for our honymoon trip.
We really don't like resorts with more than two floors above the ground. Especially if they are located near the shore and spoil any view.

After being there we only can say how much we enjoyed every day!!!!
If we will come back to Aruba one day it will be exact this hotel were we will stay once again.

To be honest it should be mentioned that it is not a place to stay if you need a lot of entertainment beside the hotel with lots of bars, shops and all of this tourist enjoyment.
But if you prefer a beautiful beach, ease and comfort and nice staff this is the place where to go.

    VERY true.

My brother loves to walk and would walk to Palm Beach for a change of scenery and "something to do".

There are also watersports vendors at the very northern end of Eagle Beach there at the Amsterdam Manor, who can hook you up with just about any watersport imaginable. They ferry lots of people to Palm Beach via boat for their activities.

Or fav too, we even try to get the castle like feel room on the third floor with a balcony and partial water view. C5 or something like that.
