Great news...! I still have my passport and travel docs!

Busy day today and it started too early with helicopters working in the cranberry bogs at 6 am so couldn't sleep in...! It was my last day off until Monday when I go to Aruba. Got some stuff done and still have other stuff to do. Went to the transfer station (dump) for the last time before I get home. Went to the bank to get my 'casino stake'..... hope I remember where I hid it when I need it! Went to Walpole (the town... not the prison) to see my daughter and GS Reid one last time before my trip and had a really great visit. Came home and mowed the back yard.... still have to find time to do the front. Went to my beer store to get some refreshments and a did a little food shopping. DW decided on Five Guys for burgers late afternoon ... so that took care of dinner.

Then we went to find the right air pump to address a tire pressure monitor warning light.....

Brought DW's suitcase upstairs and located the beach bag we'll use. Got my Radisson Casino hat outta my car and put it with my other packing stuff. DW's last day of school was y'day and she has a full plate getting stuff done for the trip.... nails, hair, packing..... prob'ly shopping too..... and on and on......

Some of the anxious thoughts we all prob'ly experience..... will the plane be on time? what will I forget? what about a flat tire? can I be first in line? can I check in early? what if they don't have my reservation? will I get a palapa? what if I lose a towel?.....

Still on the forum multiple times a day.... and still reading restaurant reviews and menus to help decide on the nights with no reservations yet!

Coming from a very organized gal, I love to hear when men are so organized! I'll bet your dh loves that about you I too usually get my $$$$ a few days early and always worry about forgetting the hiding spot I put it in before we leave. You should probably keep an eye o that tire of yours, for peace of mind you may want to go somewhere to have it checked out. Happy packing!

Always plenty of towels and never a problem getting a palapa. Closer to the bar the better and there is not right there!

Boy you sure have a lot on your mind.

About forgetting things. One year I forgot my wallet containing my drivers license, all my credit cards and a good portion of my cash. We survived on DW's CC. The rental car company had my license on file so we got a car. I drove without a license that visit.

cp, I'm as ready as you are for your trip to begin. Don't sweat the small stuff and everything will be just fine... but get that tire checked pronto!

Was DW's Beetle.... over inflated with 10k service... all good now, and she now knows how to check the pressure, inflated and deflate tires and has a new tire pressure guage (actually my old one I never used) so she's a happy girl!
