i have spoken with access america people a couple of times.
they all reiterated to me.......without receipts, no claim will be processed.

make sure that you have your original itinerary.
then have the new itinerary.
if have the original receipt from air purchase submit that too.

receipts for everything from the moment your flight was supposed to take off til the moment you got home.
