We love checking in on your posst-thanks! Wow a $1,500 expense that no one expects. It seems to be a fair price for an island dip. Cant figure out how he got by the pool area in the first place. Oh well, he'll have some story to tell when he gets home. The lagoon story supervisor is a pisser. Its funny how we all have time to enjoy the little things when we are on vacation. At work here in N.J where it is raining cats and dogs. I want to drink cocktails,be bored and and have a red nose too!
    Thanks so much for sharing,
    Sean and Susan

somehow too, that generator is supplying him air.

scooter man update………the man has a broken toe and is in a cast. the scooter is apparently deceased. $1500 is what they charged his credit card
Pictures please! I'm thinking it's either a compressor for an air lift pump or a mud sucker pump.

As for scooter man, I think he got off cheaply for just $1,500; don't know that you can buy one for that.

Does he have another scooter now, or a wheelchair?

    Day 8 May 16

Sun and wind..........I do not get tired of saying that!

We spent some time over at Renaissance Island earlier, the seaweed that I mentioned yesterday is just a not so fond memory today. I have no idea how the seaweed/beach guys did it, but adios seaweed.

Paul was planning on meeting up with his cigar smoking supervisory team at 1 so we came back to the pool at the Ocean Suites. I did not even look over at scubanman or his boat today, but suffice it to say, it was there and he was working. (Rob O...I will ask tomorrow what those hoses do for sure....the supervisors may know and I cannot post my iphone or ipad pix as they come out sideways. i am too impatient to figure it out. I will send some to Cindy tomorrow by email)

I went to Okenos day spa at the Renaissance Marina Bldg, for a massage and pedicure. It was glorious. I felt like gumby walking out of there.

Dinner was at Pizza N More on the “trolley street” , is that Main St?
Delicious! We each had capreze salad and lasagna. Delicious, authentic!
The owner is from Bologna, Italy....most of the items are made from scratch.
I am willing to stick my neck out and wager that ArubaLisa and her DH would love this place!

Speaking of Italian, we again went up to the bakery in Noord...LeDelizia and it WAS excellent. The loaf of bread that we got has crust that cause gums to bleed We also got some croissants and a few sweet rolls for breakfast. The owner is such a nice man. (and a very good baker) He is from Northern Italy.

Also…….a glass of wine at the wine bar at alhambra Marketplace

No casino tonight as we are both too tired. So that counts as a win, right?

The bakery is on the road that Caribbean Palm village is on. From palm beach rd turn left at the light where CPV is located. go past Giselle clothing dept store. On right is yellow wall with the bakery sign out front. Open only mon thru Friday morning.

That is a great bakery that is very close to my home. I also buy raw dough from them and we make our own bread and pizzas in our brick oven.

Great reports Andrea. We seldom come out ahead at the casinos. I vow one year I'm just going to drop off a check and do something else with my evenings.
