At the bar it wasn't us with resort bracelets, but maybe one day we will meet up! Plans today include Pelicans Nest and Bugaloe....maybe? We will have my dad and his crazy lake friends in off their cruise. I've been wearing my camo Redskins hat most days.

Hope the hubby is back up and at it soon! Let the healing powers of Aruba do their magic!
    Thanks for your report!
Not sure when, but we will be back

Thanks for the info Andrea, maybe I will take the walk. We actually walked to Pharmacy earlier in the week, I forgot my body wash sponge/loofa and was told to go there, and yes they had it Used my pedometer it was only 1/2 mile walk, not bad at all. The cough is very bothersome and pray we are not keeping up our neighbors, I already apologized in advance to them.

Tracey D who knows we could end up at Pelican's tonight for happy hour. DH is feeling much better today as far as energy goes so told him we must go somewhere Time is running out fast, sadly.

My walk this morning was very nice, beach is getting back to normal more every day, even the waves are not the bad today. Looking forward to more sun, sun, sun.

Forgot to mention I tried the Juan Valdez coffee one morning (next to DD at Alhamabro) very yummy, but price more like the fancy coffee place prices, and the large ice coffee more like a DD small. They do not have cream, just soy milk, skim milk or whole milk. At least I can say I tried it, but have been going back to DD ever since.

Have to go say bye to our Boston friends who want to take a picture so later!

Glad DH is feeling so much better I'm sure that gorgeous ocean air is doing wonders Your new luggage sound very nice, sorry TSA ripped it up though - that stinks!

Yes, the business center that had the wifi is gone, the pizza bar was rebuilt and now lives there. I have wifi in my room now that I paid for, same way as in the past, click on their website and have many options on number of days you can pay for. It was crazy busy in the lobby for the free wifi I would rather relax in my room or outdoor patio.

Off to pharmacy as Andrea suggested, now my cough is driving me crazy! I'm sure it will be better when they give me something stronger, robittusin (sp) not working, sick of hearing myself now.

Going to Pelican's Nest for happy hour today. If you are there look for us, DH will have his Boston Red Sox hat on, we sit at the table next to the water where the boats come to and from. Of course will have a bucket of Brights as well

Pretty cool, think I will make some at home next time and give it a try, thanks for the recipe. The cough medicine the pharmacist suggested works great and fast, hardly coughed at all last night. Went to Pelican's nest for not 1 but 2 buckets of Brights. Last year we had a bad experience at Pelican's but decided to try it again, had so much fun we actually stayed for 2 buckets. We watched as the Pelican crew put on a brand new sail for their boat, took about an hour and it was a lot of work but quite interesting to watch. One of the crew members explained it takes 3 weeks to arrive once ordered and costs around $10,000, the new sail should last approx 3 years depending on how much rain and sun it endures. The ship was built in South Africa and took 3 months to arrive to Aruba, it was pretty cool learning all this. Usually DH is way ahead of me with the Brights, not a very even split of the bucket but i am proud (or should I be embarrassed) to say I was with him beer for beer, CHeers! Spotted Tracey and her crazy family so introduced myself to her and yes they were the life of the place having a great time! Came back to Divi and they had a wonderful band last night, they were here last year as well. The lead singer sounds just like Tina Turner, they also did the Eagles, Pink Floyd and a bunch of other songs and they all were just as great as the last. The people in the band were sweethearts as well we talked with them during their break and took some pictures. We had female taxi drivers to and from the Pelican's Nest, the one on the return trip I mentioned how pretty her taxi smelled and mentioned her perfume as well. As i left her taxi her sprayed me with some of her special love potion from Victoria Secrets. Only in Aruba would this happen, love it! Have reservations tonight at Passions which is a first looking forward to it. Another couple who we see every year arrived last night so looking forward to partying with them tonight. Already getting sad as our 10 days are winding down so have to make up for lost time earlier in week. Have a good day everyone and talk to you later, I'm a little late for my morning walk today.
