    Lovin your report...
Kudo's to the boys. It is so amazing how kids think better than some adults.
Yes vacation with "ones" families are the best....
We are heading to Savannah (not as nice as Aruba.... but being with my family is so great)
Keep the story going. So nice to read something nice instead of the local news...

    Saturday 8/15

Got up way too early again, but it was nice to watch the island wake up from my table at the pool. The security guard actually came over to tell me I didn't have to stay there as it was a slow morning and he promised not to tag me I let him know that I wasn't allowed back in my room since my people were all sleeping lol

I watched a BIG dark cloud zoom in from behind La Cabana. All of a sudden I was getting sprayed by something and couldn't figure it out. It was like a light mist. Big dummy I am... - it was RAIN! Rain that lasted about 5 minutes and then the beautiful blue sky came back. The rain never amounted to actual drops, just a teeny drizzle!

We spent the entire day at the pool, brought drinks down from the room, but somehow they were all gone by happy hour so we had to mosey over to the bar at 4pm. Both boys won bingo games - one got a BEAUTIFUL La Cabana I love Bingo shirt, a $7 Aruba Aloe coupon & $10, the other got breakfast for one (because he had to split the prize with someone who won on the number before him but the caller didn't hear her yell Bingo - honestly neither did we).

After happy hour (and 4 Aruba Aribas) I came up to shower & cook dinner. Had Italian night with pasta, meatballs, garlic bread, chicken in the gravy.

The big kids went out on the town. They had planned to go to Gusto, but of course they are not up yet so I haven't heard about their night. They came home at 2am so of course I didn't sleep well and then was up for a bit after they came in! She's 22 - when does the "mom can't sleep till all the baby birds are in the nest" thing stop??

    Never? thanks....

Navigated...safely, maybe not. Only burnt one finger because I couldn't find the strainer and decided to strain water out of the pot using to the top - something I may have done completely sober!

I think I read somewhere that the cure for a burnt finger is to soak ones tongue in an Aruba Ariba...
