Day 6 - The boys play today at the Divi, tomorrow at TDS. Don won on both ball games yesterday and he shared his winnings with me. He's sweet I think I'll keep him. Today is pool day for me and we're eating in tonight and probably will go to the casino. I skyped Linda in Minnesota. She is coming back in April to look for work before her residency expires. This place feels like home to me.

Great trip report. Gotta love not having to worry about planning anything. Sounds so relaxing.

Day 6 - woke up today feeling blah and couldn't figure out why. Then it hit me - I only have two more full day in Aruba and I was getting DEPRESSED. In my search to become unDEPRESSED, I took the car and went shopping. First to Paseo Herencia where I sat under a tree in front of Dunkin Donut and just enjoyed watching people. I was beginning to feel much better so I headed to Oranjestad and Kay's jewelry again. Feeling much better!!!!! Going to Red Fish tonight, never been there hope it's good. Tomorrow day 7 we're going to a beach and play in the water.

Day 7 - Our LAST DAY was spent at Eagle Beach again, I think that is my favorite beach now. I put my chair on the edge of the sand and let the water lap up over my legs. Pure heaven!! Dinner tonight at TDS restaurant. What a culinary experience! Don shared his lobster ravioli, David and I had surf and turf, Don had pan seared grouper. My filet was fork tender and melted in my mouth. You gotta love a restaurant that serves foamed milk with their coffee. Now that's class!! The gentleman, who entertained, was VERY good. I tried to get his name but the language barrier prevented it. Now,sad to say, I must begin packing. Andrea if I seem like 'I'm still in Aruba' it's because it takes a few days to get the sand out of my shoes.

Phyllis, thank you so much for sharing you story.
Most, if not all of us live vicariously thru other's stories.

The restaurant at Tierra Del Sol, (Ventanas Del Mar) from what I hear is fabulous.
Paul and I hope to go there for Mother's Day brunch.

Safe travels home tomorrow and again thanks!
