    Day 4 Monday Nov 10

Perfect weather. Breezes seem much lighter than in May.
Plenty of sun and plenty of humidity. Getting a bit tired of having my glasses fog up

We spent the morning at Ren Island and it was delightful.
It was pretty crowded when we left at around 1pm.

Lunch was crackers and hummus in the room.

Dentist appointment went well and I have 2 more appointments to finish up the 3 unit permanent bridge that I need replaced.
(28 yrs ago my toddler clocked me in the mouth with a fisher price drum...hence restorative dentistry done in 1986 and now replaced
    28 yrs later)

We went to WEMA for an alarm clock and cheap coffee maker.

Off to Amsterdam Manor for the BB meet and greet. We met up with Tracey D and her hubby! Nice folks.

An early night....already in pjs, teeth brushed and climbing into bed!

The Mr is over at the craps table!

So great to meet you and Paul! Its funny I was nervous at first when we got there but once we sat down I felt like old friends catching up. Hoepfully our paths will cross in Aruba again.
Not sure when, but we will be back

delores..we were in an out of wema so quickly i only noticed the overly tacky christmas decorations and did not see anything else.
years ago we did buy our sand chairs there.
also check true value at the certified mall area.

    Hi Andrea,
Thanks for the updates. We love seeing all those tacky Christmas decorations set up when we go in December. There is something about palm trees decorated on the beach that is so cool. Matthews decorates so nice with a tree and all. Makes the drinks taste so much better the beach! That is so nice you go to the BB hookups on your vacation after the time you take to moderate this forum. I was smiling about your comment meeting some BB people that were acting high and mighty and you guys left with drinks unfinished. Good for you. We always seem to run into that couple in high end clothes, shoes & jewelry with full makeup sitting on the beach next to us. Asking us what do we do for a living and complaining about the heat. You would think when they run into a couple just wearing a bathing suit and a cooler of balashis they would get the hint. I would love to ask them to come to Zeerovers for dinner on a picnic bench and tell them to bring some bug spray, just to see their reaction! Oh well, enjoy your stay. We will be there December 7th so we need all the good tips you guys have.

Happy Veteran's Day and many thanks who served for us!

We spent late morning thru mid afternoon @ Eagle beach in front of Lacabana.
Weather was parly cloudy and once we had a 45 second downpour...then the sun shone brightly.
We spent a few hours IN the water and it was clear and terrific.

Tonight dinner in and now we are enjoying a class of wine and some tv.
