It was a pretty normal day for us at the Playa Linda. My mom and I were down by the pool by 830 or so. As our days become fewer and fewer we like to get down there earlier and earlier. Shelley and Erin went and played tennis for a little over an hour across the street at the Playa Linda tennis court. The Playa Linda offers free rackets. Then we all relaxed by the pool for a while.

We had bloody Marys at Scott's Brat, our bartender from Madame Jeanette's Xian was there to have a few drinks with us. We have our usual spot at the bar top, near the cooking area, so we can talk to Scott and Leslie while they cook. Shelley, my mom,my dad and I split two and a half quesadilla.

Erin went out to the Garden Fresh Cafe to get a salad for lunch. She really liked it. She ate there a couple days, when we got to lazy to go up to the room for lunch.

We had planned to go to Eagle Beach for a Happy Hour bar crawl, but we all decided we'd rather hang out at our pool till late and enjoy ourselves.

We ended up just having happy hour by the pool till it was time to get ready for dinner.

We went to the Bavaria for a few drinks before dinner at Casa Tua. We had to sit at a table this time visiting the bavaria, because all the seats were taken at the bar. Peter still made an effort to come over and talk to us as much as he could. My phone was about to die while we were there, and I always use it to take pictures. Peter found an outlet for me and plugged it in. We had two orders of the potato pancakes. It usually comes with 4 in an order, but since there were five of us he made a special order of 5 potato pancakes for us. We each had two drinks, then we were off to Casa Tua for dinner.

Casa Tua is one of our returning favorites. We usually visit their two times during the course of vacation. However this year we had a long list new restaurants we wanted to try. We had our usual waiter Andric, who had been our waiter since our first time to Casa Tua. It amazes me that he remembers us from year, after seeing hundreds of thousands of tourist. We got there around 9, and we were seated right away, there was still a good amount of people there eating. We ordered two calamari appetizers, two Hawaiian pizzas, and a margarita pizza. The pizza is very thin crust, and its awesome! four of us split two pizza, which was enough after our potato pancakes and calamari, however if your only eating pizza, get your own pizza. We took a few slices of the hawaiian pizza home. Casa Tua is an awesome easy dinner, since its in walking distance from all the high rise hotels.

After dinner we all headed to the Alhambra plaza. Shelley and Erin went to Fusion piano bar. My mom, dad and I went to the casino to make our donations. Fusion's was dead, I understand why. The drinks were extremely over priced, $24 for two glasses of wine not including tip. There was no entertainment going on, it was completely dead for a thursday night.

Just have to say OUTSTANDING reports, thank you for doing it. I just booked Playa Linda for Feb/March 2016 and this is the exact road map me and wife need. Last two years we had been in Aruba it had been april and Scott's was closed for vacation. very much excited for that. Also love that you close each night with a deposit at the casino. Sadly one of my favorite pastimes in aruba.
