    that is making sense........finally some sense of the issues there have been over the past yr.

    all things are adding up

    slow or no return emails
    poor customer service
    leaving the airport kiosk

    i had corresponded w/ charles numerous times using the fastphones email.
    he at one point gave me another email address and told me not to contact him thru fastphones.

    my loyalty was to charles, not to his business which apparently is no longer his.

    the whole situation is sad.
    HE was the business.
    He is a gentleman and is a real nice man.

    happiness is going to Aruba with your adult kids because they still want to come with their parents

    Our favorite place on the island, is the great beach at the Boca Grandi. The water is the best, and its very quiet.

    can someone explain to me what are fast phones and how expensive are they??
    First trip to Aruba down; many more to come

    Randi, I had contacted Iris by email also before I left. She emailed me back a phone # and I was told I would meet her at the conceirge desk at the SC.
    Well I waited and waited no show...so I never recieved my phone tried to call got no answer so I had to call home and tell everyone that # was no goo. just used my own cell phone and watched how much I called home... too bad would have been nice...

    fastphones is a cell phone rental company in aruba, that is obviously having some hard times in customer relations.
    inexcusable imo.

    I was going to use fast phones--but after reading all this I guess I will change. Iris had told me to call when we get to the hotel, but said nothing about picking it up. If she doesn't show up with other people, I am sure she isn't going to show up for me LOL
    Has anyone used the Aruba Discount Cell???

    I've read many great reviews for Aruba Discount Cell, and I'll be renting phones from them on my trip, April 5-10. I'll let you know how it all goes, but I from everything I've read, I'm confident I'll get good service. You also get more minutes at a cheaper price.

    Thank you, I will be waiting for your post. We leave the 22nd of May so I would think I have plenty of time to decide.
