So sad to be home

Hi everyone,

not good with writing reviews here, but would like to just say, we had a wonderful time, weather was beautiful everyday. We stayed at the radisson, another beauty. To begin, got off the plane, no problems, no lines, got through in a few minutes, came through the door and there was bully holding a sign with our names, he is such a gentle, kind and polite man, i had made previous arrangements with him to pick us up for all our dinners and he was there always waiting for us. Anyway, the first night we just went across the street to casa tua, delicious as always, a few glasses of wine and some pizza and we were off to bed, seemed like such a long day for us all. Everyday was about the same, beach, drink bulashis, take a snooze,it was the best.as far as eating at night it was this way
nite 2 - passion - wonderful ( everything ) can't wait to go back
nite 3 - mj's , great seats, great music, love the white aspapagus
dinner ok, not as good as the 1st time we went
nite 4 - el gauchos , not a favorite of mine, everyone seemed to
enjoy what they ate, but dont think i'd go back
nite 5 - repeated casa tua, was fab again, meant some people we
were chatting to, waiter was terrific
nite 6 - chalet suisse, very quiet, food was ok for me, people
i was with, loved
nite 7 - matthews , everyone loved

we did do a snorkel happy hour depalm , was great, ( cindy 0, center stairs was great )) water was very rough in one spot, i went in, but came right out.

Anyway, i can't wait to get back

I will be staying at the Radisson too in June!!! My first trip...can't wait! Can I ask which tower you stayed at? Were there renovations going on in any of the towers? We booked a standard room...I am hoping to get an upgrade. Everyone on here has said just to ask...so thats my plan!

Good report Kathy! It has been a week since we left Aruba, and I still miss it. I find myself day dreaming all the time about the wonderful people and island. Can't wait to get back.

aruba tower, the tower directly next to it ,was being totally redone, but looked like it wouldn't be long. Of course, ask, you never know. We are dying to get back, do u have your dining choices picked out yet ?
