Thanks guys! I even have Jon in on the fun now. On our last night when we planned on going back to Tango, he said I know you want to try something different for your message board. That was one of the things that got him to go to Amuse Bistro with me

Peg, I thought of you and Tom while we were there and your add on nights after Divi. There are good restaurants right on site with Azzuro, Amuse Bistro right on the property and many others right across the street. Plus the Hyatt casino right there would be great for Tom. I just don't know if you would love it. I'm not sure you guys would like the palapa situation. And for just adding a few nights, I think the Hilton would still be your better option on Palm Beach if you went back there. If you ever did decide to try it, make sure you are either checking in or out on a Sunday. Even if you rent from the resort for a few nights, chances are you will have a room change on Sunday because of owners checking in to their weeks. Let me know if you have any questions though.

Tracey we stayed at the Hilton (then Radisson) last year. It's a gorgeous property, nice to be close to everything. My issue was the rooms really needed soundproofing. We had noisy neighbors and sleep didn't come easy. So not so sure we would go back but never say never. We have also never rented a timeshare but would consider it. Tom is thinking we should split next trip Manchebo and maybe Renaissance. The thing about Palm Beach is it's just a quick taxi drive away and we both like the Hyatt casino. I would consider staying at the Hyatt but the rooms don't have balconies you can sit out on. Okay, now my pickiness is showing! So, do you think you'll decide on a spur of the moment trip back like you did last year?

I think that's a great plan for you guys with Manchebo and Rennaissance. From your report I can see how you will love both. I feel the same way about the lack of balconies at the Hyatt.

2016 will be a little different for us. I will never count out a spur of the moment trip, but it would likely be April or May before it could happen due to some work obligations coming up. I enjoyed our last visit in late April a couple years ago. Aruba will be in the mix at some point, but I think we we need to get back to 1 trip and year and I would prefer it to be in the first part of the year. Our visits this year and last year being there in November or December, the cloud cover just didn't let us get one of those perfect sunsets we love. We also have a big group trip in July for Jon's 40th to the Myrtle Beach, SC area. We are really up in the air, but Aruba will be in the plan somewhere!

I have been waiting to sit down and read your trip report and I finally did. It was awesome. We stayed at Playa Linda last year and this was our first visit to Aruba. We were hooked. I think it is the perfect place for us. It has everything so close and handy. We did rent a car but hubby was very frustrated driving so we did not use it as much as we could have. We booked our stay through a private owner and its worked out very nicely. We are going to return this July and thanks for sharing your experiences and dining tips. We are not going to rent a car this year so hope we can obtain a taxi when needed. Grocery trips etc. We spent a lot of time on the beach and it was very relaxing. Hubby is a reader so he was quite content. I enjoyed walking the beach each day and just love the water and beach. Again, I so enjoy your posts and look forward to reading them. So glad you had a nice anniversary. We will be celebrating our 45th anniversary so we have celebrated a few more than most and I am so thankful.

Thanks for taking the time to read my ramblings. We really had such a relaxing time on the beach. I Will be keeping my eye out for rentals at Playa Linda again, hopefully later This year.

Quick reminder on taxis, in the mornings there wasn't always a bellman available to help and we found that walking over to Holiday Inn was the fastest and request way to get a taxis. No issues in the afternoon or evening though. I wish the happiest of anniversaries, what an amazing milestone!

Thank you for your tips. If you are interested in contacting the person whom we rented from send me a private message. He is very nice and he has several units. He has told me to give his name to anyone that may be interested. We rented a 1 bedroom but I am not sure what he has available. Have a great Sunday.
