CK it wasn't like either of those. I wish I hadn't packed it away since I could have taken a photo and posted it. When I first saw it I thought it was glass because it looked so delicate. It's actually plastic so no worries about dropping and breaking it and it looked nice on the Christmas tree. The bulb is a round ball, painted with shades of cream and orange tones to look like a sunset. On one side is a beach landscape with a Divi tree. On the other side it has a cactus

Thanks, Peg! I bet it looks just lovely!
I didn't picture it in my mind as being the bulb as a round ball and being suitable as a Christmas ornament. Would love to see a picture. Maybe in ten months...

Peg, that sounds similar to the one I bought. This one looks like glass but it isn't. She also painted on canvas and driftwood and had some other painted things. She said she sells some of her work in a little shop near San Nicolas.

Well, it looks like my reports are going to be short for a while. I just bought a new Samsung Galaxy tablet and zagg keyboard. The keyboard has stopped working. I charged it all night and the red indicator light is saying that it is not charging. Any techies out there who can give me any ideas? I'm going to see if the tech guy is here today at the resort. I did check to see if they were still synced so that's not the problem. The charger that I'm using is charging everything else fine.

Dinner last night was at Azzurro. The service was excellent. We shared the pasta in the wheel, which was delicious as always. After dinner we shopped around Palm Beach for a while. I'm searching for a new Tanzanite ring. We are going to look downtown later today. I might stop in an electronics store for some advice with my keyboard. Is there still one back on the street with the trolley, by the shopping area that has the nice new square? I hate typing on my tablet.

    Sounds gorgeous!

Re: the keyboard - do you have another charger just incase? Or a laptop to plug the USB cable into just to see if the keyboard is not happy with that particular charger/outlet?

I'm back up and running. kudos to Marvin, the tech guy, at Costa Linda. He was able to reconfigure the blutooth and get it synced back together. I had tried many times, but he had the magic touch.

This is the danger of taking a new device that you all unfamilar with out of the country. I just got this last week and I'm still learning. I think I'll stay close to Marvin, the tech guy on this trip.

We love the pasta in the wheel. I can't forget the comment that someone made about how they keep those cheese wheels sanitary. I think they said that one of their kids had asked how they kept the bugs out, but I ate it anyway. The water at Costa Linda has been calm every day so far.
