    USAir, not impressed

    Flight home .... Not pretty

    flew out of Charlotte to Providence at 10, well, it was supposed to be at 10. Flight was delayed because a crew member was missing.

    they load us on plane, sit at gate ready to roll. Announcement made 30 minutes later, waiting for pilot, missing crew member? Huh, are you freaking kidding us?? No explanation, nothing.

    finally leave and he promises to make the time up, yep ok pal. Didn't happen, 45 min late.

    luggage turnstile, missing luggage. Opppps, it didn't get put on in Aruba. 2 pieces of luggage missing for family we were traveling with from Maine.

    sorry, USAir, all could have been averted.

    Its bad enough that you are leaving paradise but a bad flight experience going home makes it worse. Do you plan on contacting them? It may be worth an email or social media post.

    That's great. Leaving San Diego on US Air in a few hours. I always like to hear horror stories before boarding... Sorry for your bad luck Cindy. The last time I had issues, I sent an email to customer service (my favorite oxymoron) they sent me 2 $75 coupon for future flights.
