I saw this in the website that Lizzardo pointed out for the Ritz Carleton. Where is this? Where is it going to be built? Anyone have any information.

The design aesthetic of the Aruba Comfort Suite Hotel & Resort combines Choice Hotel’s exacting standards with distinctive Aruban architectural styling to create a property unique to the island. This resort includes over 200-suites; full-service day-spa; fitness center; restaurant, catering, and meeting facilities; and a 12,000sf (approx) Casino. As a three-story development, its layout is efficient with affordability and ease of way-finding in mind, yet is comfortable and relaxed as a Caribbean resort should be. The interiors are an extension of the pools, event plaza, and landscaping of the development yet has a level of energy that adds excitement to the visitors’ experience.

No clue.
Looking at the site summary, it is located off the "L.G. Smith Roundabout".
It is not on the beach.
My wild guess...Former site of the Morgan's Island???

I've just been reading about the Ritz and saw details of something called Aruba Comfort Suites

I'm usually quite up to date with new developments but haven't heard of this one before ..... unless it now has a different name

Any one got any other info? doesn't go in to much detail on the website - have a look. There is a site map under the main picture but not sure if i can make out where it is. Looks a bit like the roundabout where the gas station is on the way in to downtown??

Someone posted on another forum about this proposed Comfort Suites project. They thought it might be the roundabout near Talk of the Town. Before that, had not heard anything about this project.
