As Arubalisa said, the Holiday Inn is not too far of a walk from the Westin. Allow your self approximately 20 minutes for the walk. You can walk the length of palm beach from the Westin to the Holiday Inn and it is a very enjoyable walk. My wife and I walked it a couple of times. I did not notice if there was a National Rental Car at the Holiday Inn or not. The one I noticed quite a bit and who I used for 1 day was Avis. I'm sure someone could tell you for sure if there is a National Rental Car service at Holiday Inn. Also, I forgot all about the theme night shows. My wife and I really didn't stop to watch them, but if you are curious about what the show for the night will be, check the bulletin boards in the lobby and they will all be posted. They looked like fun.

Thanks all so much, want to make it fun for all, my son will be thrilled just to go jet skiing everyday. Feel so much better knowing that there are laundry facilities there, this way I don't have to pack so much. Do you know if they sell the detergent in the shopping area of hotel, and do you think that I should bring a roll of quarters with me, or will they be able to give me change there. (almost sounds really stupid asking that question) I have read that we should bring small bills with us, so I will be doing that, though the casino should take the large bills, do you think? Totally looking forward to 1:30 PM ON 7/22, we will have arrived!!!!!

Do you know if the jolly pirates cruise during the day is the best one?
We just did the Sail, Snorkel Swim 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (lunch cruise) and enjoyed it very much. The kids got a real kick out of the rope swing. This is our 12 yo dd. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5Zb6np1n0o

We still like the Tranquilo http://www.tranquiloaruba.com/ as well for a relaxing day of sailing and some serious snorkeling. Detail of our experience are here.

Beachbum: The Holiday Inn has an ATM right outside of the casino that I used quite a bit. It was very convenient and gave you a choice of getting your money in either U.S. Dollars or Florens. Don't swipe your card too fast because it probably won't read it properly. The casinos will be more than happy to accept large bills. (I found that out the hard way...lol) Just try and make sure you have some smaller bills on you for tipping the cab drivers. I found out that some drivers cannot make change because they weren't carrying the proper money to do so. This mostly happened early in the morning and most drivers were fine, but try and have a variety of bills on hand, just in case.

To answer your question about the laundry detergent. While shopping at the sundries store in the Holiday Inn, I did notice that they sell small packages of detergent for washing your clothes. This store has almost anything you could possibly want or need for your trip. My wife and I stopped in here almost everyday and always found something we needed to purchase.

If possible you must go to the Martini Bar at the Radison. After 9:00 pm they have a sax player. Not inexpensive but you get like 2 matinis for the price they leave the shaker! The Saxaphone player is terrific. ROMANTIC
