Bunker Bar at Tam

Anyone know if the Bunker Bar at the Tam has reopened? I heard it was closed for renovations or rebuild. Two days and counting. Looks like a brezzy flight out of Miami due to Ida. Thanks.

Would love someone to answer this asap, heading to the Tam on 12-2. Going to the Bunker Bar is a highlight of our afternoons there.

yes i am interested in the answer.
haven't stayed at the Tam for a few yrs but during the late afternoons we were fixtures there at the bunker bar!

They have moved Bunker Bar to a room. They are not sure when it will reopen outside.

On the brights side, sure beats walking all the way down to Coconuts!

They told us it was closed this week and didn't tell us anything more when we asked.

From a review posted on Tripadvisor last night:

"The bunker bar was being remodeled during our visit and was closed. It appears that it should open in about 1 week. They were working really quickly to complete the renovations."

Thank You Lord !!!!!! Although only a small part of the Aruba experience, it is one we really do not want to miss. 3 weeks from this Wed. and counting.
