Hi, Can anyone provide me with the guest services manager or another managers email address. I sent some info to the generic email they have and placed a call that went nowhere. I am headed on my honeymoon and am trying to set something nice up, but need th ehelp of hotel staff. So if anyone is aware of a email address I would greatly appreciate it.

Is this the email you used: Concierge at adventur@hyatt.com, I do know that they do respond to that email.

Yes I sent an email there and got a generic response. Basically said to speak with them when I arrive. However I want to set it up before I arrive so it can be done on the first day. If no one has any other address I will just call again and try to convey what I am looking for. Leaving in 10 days and cannot wait
