I booked a 1 bedroom golf villa (paid the upgrade charge) through orbitz for our 10 night weddingmoon in September. I stayed here in 2005 with an RCI exchange and love the property.

Does anybody have any suggestions who I could contact to request a second floor unit with the private deck/ jacuzzi? Do you think it would help to mention that we are getting married at the phoenix and have family staying at the tam and also in a two bedroom here too? I'm just a little concerned that we will not get the same treatment as I did when we were using my exchange. Thanks in advance for all your help!

I had some questions about our room set up for our stay next Jan and had a great email chain going with a man named John Marsh at the Divi HQ. His email is Tell him what you would like and if he can't help you, I am sure he knows who can.

I wanted to thank you again for your information. I emailed Mr. Marsh and he replied promptly. He advised me he had located our reservation and requested we be placed in one of the Eagle building second floor units!

Now the hard part, having to wait for three months!

make sure you print out all the information you get from JM,,,, print everything so when you get there and if you are told that is not what you are getting you can pull your trusty little letter out....
Have been denied things that I was promised at divi before and had to prove I was guaranteed I would get what I asked for....I am an owner and was there during a regular week,,,,,,
just want you to have a wonderful honeymoon with little or no hassle....
