Im gonna have to agree with Andrea, the dutch village is very nice and quiet. I haven't heard any complaints except one old guy couldn't the the golf cart to pick him up fast enough at his room.. I guess he hasn't heard that simple rule in Aruba: Everyone that lives there is on Aruba time, so sit back and relax, no need to hurry!!!! I guess he was in a hurry to donate some money to the casino, that's where we dropped him off...  ~
