You could also try phoning their 800 number and requesting a local .aw email address for the resort.

Sorry I haven't been in here for awhile but I do have the e-mail address for the Royal Club Manager. It is awilliams@aw.occidentalhotels.com I don't know if you want the Royal Club, but I am sure Anne can re-direct your e-mail. Hope this helps.

Normally when I e-mail her, it may take 2 days for her to get back to me--so good luck! Have a wonderful time, wish we were going now too. Have to wait until 2011, but we will be back.
