Greetings from your friends at Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino! I am writing to you today to share some very exciting projects that are currently taking place at the hotel. These projects are an extension to the guest room renovation completed in 2008 and will elevate our authentic island chic to a new standard of excellence and sophistication.
The re-concept of Ruinas del Mar, Café Piccolo & Café Japengo, resulting in a more spacious facility that will include outdoor seating, a dedicated Tequila Bar, an upscale restaurant featuring fresh and flavorful Mexican cuisine and an updated Ruinas del Mar. The new concept will include a reconfiguration of the existing space with a change from three restaurants to two, with the work scheduled from August 20 – December 20, 2012. During this time, Palms Restaurant, Room Service, Shoco Market, Footprints, and Balashi Pool Bar will continue to operate under their normal schedules. The hotel is providing additional service by adding a sushi bar in the lobby and meals in the hotel’s main palapa as needed.
Water Slide Refurbishment, we are pleased to announce to our younger guests that the slide will be remodeled to include new support structure and inner lining. We are scheduling this upgrade starting September 01 – 30, 2012.
