Which garden-view rooms should we get at Divi?

Sent an email to Divi to see if they could get our two garden-view rooms next to each other. They said they hadn't assigned the rooms yet, but if we had suggestions, they could make a note. So, which should we suggest?

Last time I stayed, we were in Vista 1. I liked being so close to the beach as well as the rest of the resort. View was meh, but not like we spent much time in the room anyways. :P

Any thoughts? We basically only have to choose between Vista 1, Vista 2, and the veranda rooms by the small pool, right?

Thanks!

Avoid the first floor vista II garden rooms, the one we were in was dank and nasty with mold in a couple of the corners.

Well...that is what I am wondering, are they or aren't they?

I was once told by a travel agent that beachside casita rooms were gardenview and Vista were oceanview.

View form Vista I room 215

If the above is gardenview I would love to see oceanview. Do they remove the palm trees

Below are two beachside casita buildings facing one another

The veranda building in back has a wide open shot from that upper floor room on the far left, out to the ocean. Curious if that be an oceanview?

Oh, you're right, some of them are oceanview rooms according to http://www.diviaruba.com/webmaps/divi_aruba.html.

We stayed in Vista 1 last time and had an almost identical view to the first photo there, and it was a gardenview room. I guess because you can't see the ocean from inside the room; you need to go out on the deck and look at an angle.

Sometimes for the price you have to suffer through these kinds of things.
