We are staying at Playa Linda for Week 24 and need a few days in Week 23--June 11-June `14th.

The most reasonable so far is the Holiday Inn or the Divi Phoenix which is still under construction.

Appreciate your opinion on this selection as price is a factor.

Holiday Inn very old.....Divi Phoenix very new...Divi has a better beach

I agree, Phoenix is much newer even if you don't get in the new section. Much nicer and quieter beach. Great views. Plus if you're use to a timeshare, you won't like the limited space in a hotel room.

I would have to say the Divi Phoenix. I have never stayed in any of them but I have seen the rooms at the Holiday and they are nothing to write home about. The beach by the Holiday Inn is also very crowded.
