a customer of ours who goes to aruba all the time just came back and said the Marriott bought the Ritz. Anyone else hear that? She said the Ritz was dying in this past year and the Marriott took it over. She goes all the time but we only go once a year.
We were told by someone in the "know" that changing to a JW Marriott may be come a reality. Currently, they are still trying to establish the Ritz as a "Ritz" but they are having issues staffing it to the high standards commonly established by the Ritz. Not sure if they didn't train staff properly or that they don't have the type of staff they need. So while the hotel is a Ritz it may become a JW
