The only thing to add is a $6.50/day government tax.

Also for owners the checkin checkout is always on a Friday.
So dates would be Jun 20-27th. (Even better for air faires...)

Ask for the unit number first, if you prefer oceanview try to avoid any units ending with an even number (whitch means marina or parking view)
