You are making my point. Some convert and others walk away....walking away is never good for business. I am thinking you had a greater chance of having them become full members if you did not treat them like they had the were evil and wanted them no place near you. Filling them with a paying customer is not the same as leaving it empty either... I would not go there knowing that is how they are doing business- JMO. That said, I hope it gets sorted out for you and they reopen their casino.
