Hello! First timer,here..... I have booked my vacation to Aruba for Oct. 5 - 12.
I am staying at the Paradera, and hope I have made the right decision. I wanted a quiet place to return to at the end of the day, and wanted a room with a kitchen in the hopes of saving some money by not having to eat out every meal. I am planning to rent a car so that we can go everywhere! Has anyone stayed at the Paradera and is this a wise decision?

paradera is a quaint, pretty and out of the way apartment/resort.
you most definitely will need a car.
approx 10- 15 min ride to the beach.

We loved our stay at Paradera Park. The owners are great, the apartments are spotless and very nice, the tropical pool area is amazing, and we loved staying in an Aruban neighborhood!!!

thanks for the 'confirmations'! It can be a little scarey making reservations at a place you know nothing about!

you are welcome.
the only downside is the distance to the beach.
so beachlovers/those that need to be on the beach will be disappointed.

the units are very nice at paradera.
it really is a very pretty place.
