Closest to the bars & best beaches at the moment- 1400, 1300 or 1900.
There are a few rocks to climb over at 1900 but it is right next to the bunker bar. A longer walk to the pool and lobby though.
Our perfect choice is 1200 building.

HOWEVER, the beach/oceanfront rooms are the big bonus. I just hate to see anyone disappointed. What we like is not necessarily what everyone else likes.
