They will give the Ritz Carlton a run for the money. 5 star plus and 126 suites will probably grab a few Bucuti clients as well.

I believe all of the Zoetry Resorts currently are all all inclusive only.

This property is already listed on their website with an anticipated 2018 opening. They advertise maid service 3 times daily. I'm not sure what would prompt a need for a 2nd or even 3rd maid service in a day.

Is the Bahia Principe still in the works for that area? I think it was scheduled for 2016.

Hoefully, Aruban officials will keep up on infrastructure with all the new construction. If new resorts keep piling on, soon we'll need to get to the airport the night before our flight

yes the bahia principe is still in the plan.
i wonder if they have completed their site study?

3 times maid service daily..........undoubtedly turn down service such as the cruise lines do.

my husband continues to believe that the building on the western shore of aruba will cause the island to capsize

however this will lead to the refurbishment of the san nic area and the refinery area.

Definitely interested in these, but Im sure the price will be one of the highest on the island.
I cant imagine staying a whole week in that area though. I am thinking for us it might be a couple nights before or after a timeshare. Hopefully they wont have minimum stays like Bucuti.

Over the water suites sound wonderful but I'm sure the rates will be higher than even the Ritz. One thing I've found about these types of resorts is they tend to be more formal. I tend to be a lot more casual.
