Sadly, the people who stay at that resort will have limited contact with the best part of Aruba--the wonderful people who live there and work in the restaurants, resorts and bars!

There is another article including a picture (could not post the picture). Here is an excerpt:

The intimate resort will be one of the first properties in the Caribbean featuring overwater bungalow-style accommodations, offering a unique experience to guests visiting the region. The 126 spacious suites will overlook a secluded inlet featuring magnificent views of the water and surrounding tropical landscape. The resort, owned by developer/hotelier, Franz Sydow, and an international investment group, will start construction in 2015 and welcome guests in the summer of 2018. Upon opening in the Isla Di Oro area, this will be the fifth property for the luxury boutique hotel brand ZoŽtry Wellness & Spa Resorts.

I personally would like if there were not more buildings/hotels/resorts. I remember that in the past years it was always like "this is the last hotel we build..." but then there are more and more. IMO, overbuilding would be horrible. I also liked if there were still some areas in Aruba where it's still authentic. For me, that's the real Beauty of Aruba. JMO.

I just saw this map which shows that "Isla di Oro" is a little bit further south than "Mangel Halto":
