A question regarding a post about the Tam

Is this true that you can use all the pools on the complex??

Going by the "rules" depends upon exactly which resort you book.

it says on this site (click above link) that divi all inclusive has the use of 3 freshwater pools, tamarijn has the use of 3 freshwater pools, and divi village w/ all inclusive option has the use of 7 freshwater pools.

so the answer lillion is "maybe"

if i were staying at one of the mentioned properties, i would stick with the pool that was the closest to my room.

Funny, LOL, after looking this all up there are only 8 pools total between the properties:

Divi- 2 pools
Tamarijn- 1 pool
Dutch Village- 3 pools
Divi Village- 1 pool
Divi Villas- 1 pool

When you stay at the Tamarijn or Divi, as shown below you are entitled to use the pools at the Tamarijn or Divi, but not any of the others. People sometimes do swim. The real sad story I heard one time was a guest at the Divi who spent the afternoon over at the pool at the Divi Villas, drinking at their swim bar only to find out that if it is not on the Divi or Tamarijn property it is NOT INCLUDED in the all inclusive.

I just really like what the free form pool with the swim up bar looks like- I believe at the Divi Village Golf section. I would love to be able to use that since the pools at the Tam and the Divi seem small.

Andrea from my understanding the timeshare owners at the Dutch Village do sometimes complain about the guests at the Tamarijn using "their" swimming pools.

I know from experience the kids are attracted to the three pools at the Dutch Village in that they are a bit more appealing visually than the one plain swimming pool at the Tamarijn.

You could always go and pay as you drink at the bar.
