Exactly Lisa! We're going to the Divi for trip #5 next month and I've been in the pool once - just thought I should try it. That being said, I'm a beach bum. Some people just don't like the beach. But when you're on the best beach in the world.....try it, you'll love it!!

Coming up on our 12th stay at the Tam. Never, ever been in the pool @ Tam or Divi. Not once.

Came close to falling in one evening but was subsequently saved by my bodyguard Mimi!!!

The three swimming pools between the Tamarijn buildings and the Dutch Village are all Dutch Village swimming pools.

The Tamarijn's only swimming pool is the one located off the lobby area in between buildings 1300 and 1400.

The first attachment shows the Dutch Village buildings and swimming pool locations, the second attachment shows the location http://www.arubabound.com/accommo/tamarijn_map.htm of the Tamarijn swimming pool.

thanks Andrea...glad I asked cause we're going back starting on Mar 19th and asked for the 2200 block. don't want to use that pool if we're not supposed to. I'm just getting over a broken ankle is it within easy walking to the Divi's pools?

it is quite a walk! 1/3 mile, maybe a little less.
the tamarijn and divi provide shuttles....for the guests to go from resort to resort to casino.
you will have no problems getting on the shuttle.

if you are going to be recovering and moving slowly, i would recommend asking about staying in the 1300 block. that is close to the snack area, the pool, the lobby and tam restaurants.
