Radisson beverage plan

I have heard that you can purchase a beverage plan only, at the Radisson, once you arrive, but have to ask for it. Does anyone know if this is true and how much it is. I do not want to purchase a meal plan, just beverage.
18 days until we arrive in PARADISE.
