That's funny! Most young adults don't even read the daily paper anymore.
in a nutshell
says it's going to be a HILTON
(i hope the noticiacla does not lie )
According to www.noticiacla.com RIU lost the case and at the end if the month the keys and money will change hands. Hilton will run it under the name Aruba Caribbean Hotel to honor the first hotel built.

I was told (and I/they could be wrong) that the final court ruling will still be coming this week. If the AGF wins the battle it will be a Hilton otherwise the next day RIU will be putting their name on the hotel building. It's not a done deal yet.

i too read that 17 june would be the day of the decision
that is why i added the "caveat" hope the noticiala does not lie
What makes the newspaper thinks its a done deal? What about 6/17 hearing? Wasnt that supposed to decide
thanks for the updates people! I for sure hope it isn't a Riu! i'm afraid as to what they may do with the historic building!!!!!
Im sure when the Riu took over the Westin there was some anger over them not employing Arubans - and if that is their policy they definitely shouldn't be allowed to open another one. Just my opinion
