They have a model room done at the Ocean Suites, I believe it was on 2nd floor. The two fridges were gone replaced by one larger, nicer one, the dark counters are gone replaced by white ones, bathrooms upgraded, tub gone now a walk in shower, flat screen TV's and one of the bedroom doors is now a sliding glass door. It was pretty nice, however we don't spend much time in our room when there anyhow.

Brian said the unit they had for display was Not being shown anymore because the final plans were still subject to change. I hope this info is helpful. Bill

Is this just at the Ocean Suites? Have you heard anything about the Marina? We typically go in early September and would love to stay here again for the 9th time....

    new marina bathrooms

The bathrooms were a big deal to me so here are a couple of pictures. they did a great job and it looks really nice buuuuuut, water gets EVERYWHERE it is impossible to keep it in the shower with no door. there is a sliding frosted glass door on the bathroom but the shower faces the main door to the room so even with the frosted door closed you still feel no privacy... Not that these things would change where we stay but they might want to give a little thought to the water issue.

the first pic is from inside the shower facing away from the shower head, see the door??

although those shower doors/walls look terrific, they are very impractical.

    thanks for posting

Unfortunately this is the trend in shower design. The Tamarijn's new showers are the exact same way.
