Renaissance Island Day Pass?

I read somewhere recently you can get a day pay for the Renaissance Island, even though you are not staying at the resort. Is that true? How does one go about getting one?! I was on their website and I can't find anything. I read it is ~$75/adult. Is it worth it?!

Ren Island is a little piece of paradise but it is not worth $75 for a day pass. If you decide to go, you purchase the day pass at the front desk at Ren Resort. Lunch, 1 drink and a waterfloat is included.

An alternative is to have the couples masage on the island.
As an owner of timeshares the $75 seems high, however, you have a roundtrip boatride, lunch, mats to float on, and a drink....and oh yah, quiet and peace, no fights for beach front property, plenty of chairs for sun and shade, the use of the workout room on the island, tennis courts...

if one goes for the couple's massage, is there a day pass for the ren island included?

Looks like their cheapest service without lunch is $155. I hope it includes use of the island.

I had a massage on the private island 2 years ago, The day pass is included. The cost of the massage was very expensive. Basically your paying for a massage plus the cost of the day pass.

Thumbs up The Private Island

In my humble opinion, the day pass is worth every penny! As an owner at the Renaissance, I couldn't imagine waking up super early to "pay" for a palapa at the other resorts. I just cannot deal with wall to wall people. Factor in a round trip boat ride, full lunch, a drink, and water floats, this is a deal. The only better deal is staying at the Renaissance
