I often look at Aruba reviews on TripAdvisor. Over the years, I've noticed that some hotel management staff occasionally respond to reviews, especially if a traveler had some issues with a particular resort. However, as a timeshare owner at the Renaissance, I've always been disappointed that I've never seen Renaissance management respond to any reviews... until now! I just noticed that, in the past few days, there have been some responses from the General Manager and Director of Sales. I hope this continues, as it's nice to know that management hears about travelers' experiences, whether positive or negative.
