We are confirmed for last week of February. Question can we ask them what room we will be staying in or no?

No, they don't have that avail UNLESS its a time share rental for the correct week.

Hotel rooms are assigned at check-in. The should be able to tell you if you have an island view or city view room, but not the room #.

Sorry It is a timeshre rental for week 8. Would it be the same one we had two years ago

It SB what the owner owns. Thats how it works.

You get the Owner's room if you are there the owner's week. If the week was transferred, you get a similar room, to the extent available.
