Question Resort Pools

I am staying at the Westin and the pool is not the greatest. Are pools at other resorts off limits? and even if they are do they actually enforce it?

yes they are off limits.
all resorts have their own security and sometimes they are able to pick out trespassers/pool hoppers...sometimes they are not.

each resort has their own particular pool/beach towel color. that is the real giveaway.

what is wrong with westin pool?

Dont get me wrong the pool is very beautiful just looking at others in the High Rise area i was tempted to check them out. But thanks for letting me know so i can spare the embarrassment. Hotel Restaurants and Casinos are open to the public though correct?

The distance from the Westin to the northern tip of Eagle Beach is just about a mile. Make sure you wear sunscreen.

My wife and I have gone 'pool hopping' a couple of times without a problem... Of course, we don't carry towels with us which would be a dead giveaway! I regularly use casinos at other resorts..... they are happy to get my money! Restaurants too!

I didnt think pool hopping would be that big of a deal, not to mention i thought it would be nearly impossible to catch someone doing it. Nothings wrong with the westin pool but it would be nice to check out all the others.

Thumbs down

as an owner at lacabana......
my husband and i paid a lot of money for our timeshare units as well as thousands of dollars a year in maintenance.

pool hoppers, are trespassers.

now, one can "reason it out" by saying that "well i paid $$ to have a drink at their bar, i spend $$ in their casino, so therefore i am entitled to use their pool"

respectfully, as an owner at a timeshare resort that has plenty of pool hoppers, i disagree.
