Construction of the Ritz-Carlton at the end of Palm Beach continues. It appears the foundations are about complete and the next floor up has begun to be poured. You can see the verticals sticking up, too. I snapped a not so good photo. Check it out here:

Not sure when this project will be complete. I've heard too many different stories.

when is aruba going to sink into the ocean with all of the resorts/hotels construction weighing it down?
