Luxury hotel brand Ritz-Carlton will open its exclusive oceanfront resort on Aruba's famed Palm Beach in October 2013. The seventh property of the brand in the Caribbean, the Ritz-Carlton, Aruba will add a new level of elegance in accommodation and amenities to the island.
The 320-room resort will offer several restaurants, a luxurious spa, two swimming pools and a 24-hour casino. In addition to spacious rooms and suites, the hotel will include The Ritz-Carlton Club Level, a private floor accessible only by elevator key, offering light fare and dedicated concierge service throughout the day.
Palm Beach was voted earlier this year as No2 in the annual 'Top Beach Destinations In The World' by TripAdvisor's users, the world's largest travel review site. It boasts pristine white powder sandy beaches, idyllic turquoise sea waters and exotic palm trees, with lush tropical surroundings and a balmy temperature that allows for swimming, sunbathing and relaxation by the water all year round.
Ritz-Carlton is the latest luxury hotel brand to expand in Aruba. The island is already home to some of the world's most prestigious and well trusted hotel chains, including Hyatt, The Westin, Radisson and Marriott.
The property is scheduled to open in October 2013. Ritz-Carlton Chief Operations Officer Herve Humler, together with Aruba's Prime Minister Mike, inspected recently the construction site.
