Divi Vista 1 Building

These photos were taken at the end of December. Vista I and II should be the same.

Not really a big difference from what I recall. New curtains and comforter on the bed, everything else was pretty much the same.

vista 2 was not updated as of last week... at least 416 was not. mold around tub (under corking), mirror had stains on it, sinks needed re-corking. Did this change our vacation in any way shape or form...not really! Very little time spent in the room and the bed was comfy Tub a little gross though

Was that facing the water or the other way? We had to change rooms for the last night back in November because they were oversold and the room facing away from the water was dank and kinda nasty.

Wow im suprised they didnt take care of that when they fixed the rooms up Last time we stayed in Vista II even numberd side ( Gardenview ) the bathrooms were like you stated. That was 2 years ago. Didnt bother us at all though. I could tell it was clean. I own my own cleaning business and i know when something is clean or not. Like Chadd is saying maybe they only did the Oceanview rooms? I will see soon enough Thanks all !

Imo, the Divi Vista I building room was much larger, had the sofa and double sinks in bath as well as full closet.

This is my first post on this board! I just booked our first trip to Aruba for early June. We will be staying at the Divi...I have a few questions. I have booked an Oceanview Room...
1. Is there a section/building that I should request that is closest to the beach?
2. What is the daily charge for the safety deposit box and internet access?
3. Can you email the resort for a particular room request? If so, does anyone have an email address?
4. Do they require reservations for the "specialty restaurants"?

Any tips about the resort would be greatly appreciated!
