Does anyone know if the rooms at the Tam have been upgraded e.g. new bedding, new doors etc...?

All bed covers were replaced between 2008 and 2009.
2008- new flat screens TV
2009- began replacing mattresses, not all are replaced
2009- began replacing sliding glass doors, only the higher numbered buildings (1600-2500) were completed as of 12/29

We stay in the lower numbered buildings so may not have new sliding doors but hey.....thats not what we go to Aruba for

maybe by the time we go in May they would have got to the lower numbers.
Is there now more than one pillow each?

Yes, there are extra pillows on the top shelf of the closet

last time we stayed there (2004) the beds were double but listed as queen

The bathroom renovations are very nice. 1100 block has been completed. Understand 1200 will be next. Tubs removed with walk-in showers installed. Walls and floors tiled. Through-the-wall airconditioners removed with wall mounted interior units added. The constand drone of the fan is gone.

Lisa, no photos. As always we were in 1201. Friends stay in 1100 and invited us in to see. Tile is very nice dark brown and tan of a 'quarry tile' type.
