Stellaris or Ren Marina

Sorry, I had posted this in the wrong spot earlier. We have a package booked at the Ren for a 3 night quick first stay.Renaissance Aruba’s “Sports Widow Weekend” affords anti-sport wives the opportunity to make a fast break for the surf and sun and enjoy a weekend getaway with her nearest and dearest girlfriends.

The package – valid through Dec. 21, 2008 with a minimum stay of three consecutive nights – features:
• All-inclusive accommodations at the adult-exclusive Marina
Hotel (based on two adults, 18+)
• Manis and pedis at the Okeanos Spa
• "Flirtinis” at BLUE
• Kukoo Kanuku party bus to enjoy a night on the town
• A V.I.P. card that provides 10 percent off all shopping at the
Renaissance Marketplace and Mall, featuring upscale
branded store
I just got an offer from the Stellaris for a deal and we are beach people. I like to walk on the beach and am not sure how I feel about the boat ride. But the ren is all inclusive and no worries. Help we leave in 17 days. I have them both booked but have to cancel one by the 12th. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Bully is already picking me up!

Well jamaicamom, The only thing I will tell you is I haven't stayed at the Stellaris...I however have vacationed for 12 yrs at the Rennaissance. IMOP it is in a great location, walk to restuarants, stores, has 2 pools at the suites, and 1 adult pool at the marina...You didn't mention which one you were staying at. The boat ride is all of 8 minutes, the boats come every 15 minutes, and the private island is extrodinary...good luck in your decision
