Thread: Stressed Holiday Inn advance purchase problem

    I had another issue with a room on another stay and called the hotel directly...this sped up my process as I was instantly connected with the right person and they too fixed my issues quickly and without to much pain and suffering on my part.

    All good news. Holiday Inn reservation department contacted Aruba and the issue has been resolved. We get to keep our original rate for the nights we booked earlier, and only the additional night will be at the higher rate. I was completely satisfied with the customer service and resolution. All in all nothing to be stressed about. I received a new confirmation and a phone call. Everything is printed to have on hand, just in case. I was stressed for nothing and it all worked out. Next time I will still do separate reservations just to avoid any chance of an issue.

    All is well that ends well. Glad the stress is gone and you can just concentrate on getting ready for your trip. I am looking forward to your reports about Eagle Beach. I am looking forward to trying something new next trip, I am hoping your "new" experience goes well! It looks like a combo of Palm Beach and Eagle Beach will be perfect for you guys- 2 different experiences in one trip.
