I see you might be interested in a timeshare. I purchased a timeshare through Marriott Surf Club in 2005 (my girlfriend talked me into it) but I only used it once and have either exchanged it so that I can go somewhere else other than Aruba or asked Marriott to rent my week which wasn't a problem. The compensation for them renting is very good and they're easy to work with. I'm not one to go on vacation every year and this is becoming a burden to me. I am looking to resell my timeshare.
