With membership in the Red Parrot Club (think you qualify by being a guest @Divi or Tam 5 consecutive years), each guest recieves a Red Parrot tee shirt and a $50 gift certificate that can be used in various ways at the resort. Membership also qualifies you for discounted rates on subsequent visits.

To what degree that discount is I couldn't say for positive, however, I don't think it's going to save you a bundle. More of a polite little thank you size discount.

This is trip #5 for us so from what I understand we can become "Red Parrots"? Do you get a discount on your room - anything else? Looks like our dates overlap? We're March 13-22?

Your membership starts after your 5th consecutive visit. Room discount is approx $100/day off published rate for the season. You do need to, or your TA needs to, book direct to get that rate. Not applicable if you book through travel sites.

Will recieve 2 $50 gifts certificates that can be used at specified Divi locations. Examples would be Windows On Aruba, Mulligans, Alhambra casino, and some of the gift shops. If you don't book direct you'll need to tell registration you're Red Parrot Repeater Club. If you're only staying 1 week I'd advise notifying prior to arrival because it will take several days for them to verify. Might recieve your gift certificates day before you depart.

Yes we overlap. We'll be there March 10th-24th. There's rough 40-50 of us that are there every year the same time period. Always straddling St Patricks Day. If you didn't catch it last year, be sure to attend the Sunday evening show at Tamarijn. By far, best show they've ever had!

Thank you for all the info. Good to know! Last year we went in late March and missed St. Pat's Day and Flag Dag. This year we will be at the Bunker Bar to celebrate some time in the afternoon. So much fun. Maybe we'll see you there? Didn't know about the Sunday night show. Will definitely put that on our must-do list! So excited - can hardly wait. With so coming to MA tomorrow, it makes it even harder (although we have had a very mild winter). See you on the beach!

I always call the Divi in Maine directly, they can call Aruba for you to see if there are any cancellations. Also you have to keep in mind they are still upgrading bathroom, sliders and AC units which may limit there space.
